- Chop the spinach leaves as finely as you can as finely as you can.
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Stir and mash a bit, then beat with electric mixer for a few minutes.
- Mash for a bit again, check consistency of olive oil, then beat again for another minute.
(I used a electric mixer as my blender is not working, but I found this worked well enough especially as it has a slightly rough texture).
