1 large onion, chopped
500g Pork Sausage, each cut into 3
3 large ripe tomatoes or tin chopped tomatoes
2 Tbspn Fiippo Berio tomato pesto
2 Tbspn Chutney
2 teaspoons curry powder (or to taste)
1-2 Tbspn smooth apricot jam (to taste)
125ml sultanas or raisins - optional
