Large brown field mushrooms in baking tray lined with foil. Grind black pepper and sea salt over the mushrooms Drizzle F.Berio extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Grill at 180 for 10 minutes. Delicious.

Cooking time:  Ten minutes mins
Serves:  Two
1. Large brown field muhrooms [ 6 or 7]
2. Felippo Berio extra virgin olive oil
3. Lemon juice
4. Ground black peppercorns
5. Ground sea salt
6. Ground wild mushrooms [optional]
Line baking tray with foil. Place mushrooms on foil. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Sprinkle the mushrooms with the salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice, [if you have the mushroom spice sprinkle on each mushroom as well].

Place the baking tray as high as possible in the oven and grill for ten minures [I use a timer]. Take out of oven and eat hot with a knife and fork. Instant gourmet dish which can never fail. No sweat but delicios every time. 
I find these mushrooms, which have protein, low calories, low GI, and heart healthy nutrients, to be a quick hot meal [main course or starter]. Its quite filling and totally satisfying on its own.
