Crayfish and Avocado pear salad with Marie Rose dressing

Summer ‘aint over in the slightest, Chefs! Jazz up your crayfish this January…

You will need:

Herb salad greens

FILIPPO BERIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh sliced Avocado

Onion rings sliced thinly

Marie Rose Dressing

1 Cup Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons good quality Tomato sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce

Salt to taste

1 Teaspoon sugar.

Method:

Mix the above together in a bowl and allow to stand before using.

Assemble your salad greens and avo and top with a steamed crayfish.

Pour generous amounts of Marie Rose Dressing and enjoy!
