Our FILIPPO BERIO Chef is renowned South African chef, Graham Isaacson, owner and chef of Blue Water Café at Imhoff Farm in Kommetjie, Cape Town. His food has been referred to as ‘New Cape’, which incorporates fresh ingredients, indigenous herbs / spices and flavours. Graham’s passion for preparing Mediterranean style cuisine is enhanced by his love of olive oil and in particular FILIPPO BERIO.
