FILIPPO BERIO TRIP TO ITALY

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person resident in South Africa who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nexxus Corporation or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TO ENTER:
Purchase any FILIPPO BERIO product, visit www.filippoberio.co.za and submit your barcode, name, surname, email address, contact number and place of purchase. Participate in the FILIPPO BERIO GOURMET CLUB Challenges.
Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Nexxus Corporation. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Nexxus Corporation reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS OF USE:
Registered members of the FILIPPO BERIO GOURMET CLUB are required to contribute accurate and appropriate content of quality as entry to the competition. Nexxus Corporation reserve the right to edit or delete entries on the website should they be deemed inappropriate, inaccurate or in poor taste.

TIMING:
This competition runs from 12am GMT on 31 December 2010. The closing date of this competition is 12am GMT on 30 June 2011. Completed entries must reach Nexxus Corporation no later than the closing date.

USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition may be used for future Nexxus Corporation marketing activity.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner will be determined by the FILIPPO BERIO chef. The winner will be notified by email by 15 July 2011. The winner may be required tobecome involved in further publicity or advertising.

PRIZE:
The first prize is trip to FILIPPO BERIO in Lucca Italy for 6 people valued at R120 000. Dates of travel to be agreed upon by Nexxus Corporation. Prizes as stated and non transferable. No cash or otheralternatives available. Nexxus Corporation reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Nexxus Corporation’s decision shall be final. Nexxus Corporation reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
